Rare and important 19th century French desk or bureaplat by renowned maker L. Cueunieres Ebeniste. Accented overall with finely cast gold gilded bronze mounts. Crafted of kingwood and rosewood veneer with exquisite inlays. Beautiful rouge and veined shaped marble top. The entire on graceful cabriole legs ending in bronze sabots. Stamped at corners.
