All sales are FINAL. Any return, either for store credit or cash refund, is at the sole discretion of Legacy Antiques. Returns shall only be allowed within 30 days of the date of sale. Buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. ALL RETURNS are subject to the following terms:
- Store credit for amount of sale, less a 20% restocking fee, -or-
- Cash return for amount of sale, less a 35% restocking fee, -or-
- In store consignment of sale item, whereas consignee will receive payment up to full value upon re-sell of consigned item.
Legacy Antiques is not affiliated with any shipping company or independent shipper. In the event an item is damaged during shipping, the buyer will need to file an insurance claim with the shipper's insurance company immediately. In most cases the shipper or his insurance company will give you the option of having the item repaired, or issuing you a full or partial refund. Refunds for damaged items must come from the shipper or the shipper’s insurance company. Legacy Antiques shall not be held liable for refunds due to damage during shipping. In the event you receive an item that is damaged, please take good detail pictures and keep all packing materials. This will ensure a speedy claims process.
