RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to return an item, we must be notified within 3 days from the day you receive the item. We will issue you a refund, less 10% re-stocking fee, once the item is back in our possession in good condition. Shipping expenses are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
If you wish to return an item that has been in your possession longer than 3 days, it may only be returned in exchange for store credit. Store credit will be given for 90% of the purchase price. In order to return an item for store credit, we must receive it back in good condition within 30 days of purchase. A store credit must be used within 1 year of the date it is issued.

Legacy Antiques is not affiliated with any shipping companies or independent shippers. We will request shipping quotes for our clients, as a service, but this does not imply our liability for the shipment. We are happy to assist you in resolving any shipping issues, however please keep in mind we cannot be held liable or responsible for any items once they have left our loading dock. It is very important that we know the time frame in which you wish to receive your shipment. Whether it is 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months, this will help us recommend the right shipper. (typically, shipping will be much less expensive if you do not mind waiting 4-6 weeks for delivery)
In the event an item is damaged during shipping, the buyer will need to file an insurance claim with the shipper’s insurance company immediately. In most cases the shipper or his insurance company will give you the option of having the item repaired, or issuing you a refund. Refunds for damaged items must come from the shipper or the shipper’s insurance company. Legacy Antiques shall not be held liable for refunds due to damage during shipping. In the event you receive an item that is damaged, please take good detail pictures and keep all packing materials. This will ensure a speedy claims process.
